Recruiting process and the assessment of the best candidates is easily conducted with the help of our expert HR team. We facilitate interviews between pre-selected candidates and the client and provide the final assessment of the candidates and our recommendation to the client.

Regular face to face meetings is the service our department provides ensuring that the information flow between everyone is constant. We also take care of probation periods and mid and end-of-year appraisals negotiated with the client. Computer/Workstations – equipment is ownership of DI and they are provided at no cost – but can be otherwise defined / bought by client

Laws and regulations in Serbia
– When the employee is working on state holidays – net salary for this day is minimum 110% from the base salary;
– For night shifts and work at night – net salary needs to be increased at least 26%
– Overtime work should be increased by at least 26%
– Each year salary needs to be raised at minimum of 0.4% for each year at the employer
